Located in the heart of the Island of Montreal, the area is home to some of the province's most prestigious educational institutions, including HEC Montreal, Université de Montréal (UDEM), École Polytechnique and the International Colleague Marie-de-France.
The neighborhood of Côte-des-Neiges is located down Mount Royal, its inhabitants enjoying the most central and most popular park for outdoor activities in summer and winter. It is a very renowned district and sought after for its peace and security by young families.
The charm of the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce district lies in its streets lined with century-old trees and its Anglo-Saxon-type residences. To take the pulse of the neighborhood, a walk is imposed on the popular Monkland Avenue, lined with shops, cafes and restaurants.
